The Finance Council of St. Joseph Parish is comprised of parishioners of St. Joseph and is established under the authority of the Pastor/Parish Administrator. The Finance Council acts exclusively in an advisory capacity to the Pastor to provide advice and recommendations in accordance with the ethical values and principles of the Roman Catholic Church.
