We have a wonderful group of volunteers who do set-up and clean-up most Sunday mornings. Set-up crew makes sure tables are set up and coffee and lemonade are made for after the 8:00 a.m. and the 10:00 a.m. Masses. Those who do set-up also monitor and serve the donuts and coffee after the early Mass. Clean-up crew comes in to serve after the 10:00 a.m. Mass, they clean up the tables and wash coffee urns when finished serving. 
Donation money is counted after each Mass, and the Clean-up crew delivers the donation money to the office. There are a few Sundays a year that we do not serve donuts. The Knights of Columbus breakfast days and Holidays are those days we do not serve.
